Easy Tofu Salad

2 blocks tofu
1 small can pink salmon
1/2 c. oil
3 medium tomatoes
1 T. sesame oil
Green onions
3/4 c shoyu
juice from 1/2 of a lemon

Drain tofu well and slice into 1" cubes.  slice tomatoes and chop green onions.  Layer tofu, then tomatoes, salmon, and green onions.  To make the sauce, heat oils together until they steam.  Remove from heat, cool a little, then add shoyu and lemon juice.  Chill.  Pour over tofu mixture immediately before serving.

**May add Maui onions, beans sprouts and watercress for more variety.
